Highly efficient MRL traction lift
The gearless motor is located in the headroom. AR-Slim Gearless traction lifts are provided with a gearless, VVVF-controlled permanent magnet motor in the headroom. The control panel is located in the top landing door frame or within the shaft.
AR SLIM Gearless traction lifts comply with EN 81-1:1998+A2:2004+A3:2009 harmonized standards, and comply with 2014/33/EU Lift Directive. They also comply with the requirements of the 2004/108/EC Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive and the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive, where applicable.
Benefits
This is a space-saving system thanks to the lack of a machine room. The machine is fully contained within the shaft, supported by guide rails. The whole lift load is backed by the car and counterweight guide rails and neither bearing beams to be fixed to the shaft walls nor other builders works are required. The service cabinet, next to the top landing door, has a reduced depth and minimum aesthetic impact. Thanks to the gearless motor and the speed frequency control guaranteed by a high quality inverter, high ride quality, noiselessness within the car and building, better system performance, reduced power installation and consumption (also in terms of energy costs), as well as less mechanical stresses and motor temperatures are achieved.
Quick and easy to install, AR-Slim by IGV Group is a highly efficient, cost effective gearless system requiring reduced maintenance. AR-Slim offers up to 3 entrances and it is the ideal solution for the modernisation of old hydraulic lifts.
